By accessing Kromalume, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Kromalume for both personal and commercial design projects. You are free to export, modify, and distribute the generated code (CSS, Tailwind, Figma tokens) for any purpose.

You may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the core OKLCH math engine.
• Use the extraction engine for automated scraping that violates third-party terms.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the platform itself.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Kromalume are provided on an 'as is' basis. While we strive for mathematical perfection in color science, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the final rendering of colors on all hardware displays.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Kromalume or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the Kromalume tools.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Kromalume at any time. We will always prioritize the preservation of your local IndexedDB data during updates.
